Why property first
We start where the founder knows the ground: Singapore commercial and residential property, a privacy-heavy trade run on relationships and follow-up. The first workflow, enquiry to follow-up, is built and tested on sample data.
Why this founder, why now
Tyson Yuk has spent nearly two decades in Singapore property. From 2012 to 2016 he co-founded eJiaJia, and learned what goes wrong: a tech team that could not deliver, ownership split five ways, and money that ran out before revenue. CoreVerse is built the other way round. Read his profile.

Where we are today
Pre-seed and self-funded. Incorporated 7 October 2026. Our own machines in Singapore already run open AI models locally. No product on sale yet, and no paying customers. We are not raising this year.
