Advise, don't sell. Look for the raw gem a property can become through better use, layout and tenancy. In 2021 he was already arguing that big data and analytics would disrupt real estate, and went to MIT to study it. His niche is the hard-to-value asset: frontage, odd layouts and buildings other agents pass over.
He works alongside his wife and long-time partner, Angeline.
